Welcome to Soundwale. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soundwale mobile application and services. By using our app, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Soundwale. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Soundwale is a digital marketplace that allows users to:

• Buy, sell, or rent sound and audio equipment
• Create and manage product listings and catalogs
• Connect directly with other users

Important: Soundwale only provides a platform to connect users. We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or payment between users.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities under your account are your responsibility.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your listings.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post.
• Soundwale reserves the right to edit, remove, or reject any listing that violates our policies.

• All buying, selling, or rental agreements are made directly between users.
• Soundwale does not guarantee product quality, safety, legality, or availability.
• We are not responsible for payment disputes, damages, or losses.

• Users renting equipment must return items in agreed condition and time.
• Owners are responsible for clearly stating rental terms, pricing, and conditions.
• Any disputes must be resolved between the involved users.

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Sell stolen, illegal, or restricted items
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the platform for spam or unauthorized promotions
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the platform

Currently, Soundwale does not process payments directly. Any fees, payments, or financial arrangements are handled outside the platform unless otherwise stated.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by posting on Soundwale, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content within the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Damage the integrity of the platform

Soundwale shall not be liable for:

• User-generated content or listings
• Any direct or indirect damages arising from transactions
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

You agree to indemnify and hold Soundwale harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
